Community Connections is a prevention and early intervention program designed to support individuals, families and communities. Through one-on-one support, grassroots community development and resource development, the program helps build on strengths and connects people to resources such as food programs, clothing exchanges, programs for children, money management, community events and more. Where resources do not exist, the program works with residents and service providers to create these supports. From there, Aspen works with residents in ways that engage and mobilize positive change within community.
