Youth Re-Engagement

The Youth Re-Engagement program provides support to youth in community placements or with family where a risk of family breakdown exists. Service delivery focuses on preserving and reuniting families, while addressing the challenges that have contributed to the family’s stressors. Youth in the program have the opportunity to stay in the homes of licensed caregivers, who form part of their support team, actively working towards reuniting the youth with his/her family. The goal for youth in the program is to return home or to an alternative permanent living arrangement.
